OrderWise, which most recently won the Business and Tech Innovation award at the East Midlands regional final of the FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards, is adding to several teams to bolster its ambitious growth plans.
Managing Director and founder of OrderWise, David Hallam, said: “I’m delighted to welcome our new recruits. This year is an exciting one as we have plenty going on. New versions of OrderWise this year will no doubt break down barriers and it’s great to see so many keen new starters excited to begin their careers with us.”
The first three weeks of the new recruits’ employment will be spent learning how to use OrderWise and taking part in activities in the firm’s mock warehouse training facility to provide experience of the software in a practical environment. The intensive training will also involve assessments of knowledge and progress.
Joining the company’s rapidly expanding technical support department are Brett Gleadle, William Charnock, Sam Dawson, Michael Jackman, Matthew Arloff, Maria Filby and Ben Dickinson, who will be at the frontline of customer support.
OrderWise’s team of software trainers has also been strengthened with the addition of Lewis Strellis, Darren McCormick and Russell Essom who will be training both staff and customers on the growing range of OrderWise features and functionality.
Joining the project management department are Simon Stanham and Hayley Martin, whose roles will be to assist clients with the installation and implementation of software.
There are new faces in the testing department too, as Liam Gittins and apprentice Jack Chalkley join to help the team ensure the OrderWise software is at its highest quality.
The eCommerce department is also growing, with Rafal Krawiec joining the team as a Web Developer.
Also joining the company are Daniel Howard, Adam Gatrick and Steph Oxford who are the new team responsible for preparing a range of hot and cold food in the firm’s staff café, The Hive.
