Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry specific enterprise software to promote business growth, has announced that Involve has chosen its next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, Epicor ERP, to enhance inter-departmental connectivity across the business.
Established 28 years ago as Martin Dawes Office Automation, Involve is now a leading UK expert in the design, implementation and support of manufacturer-neutral, visual collaboration solutions. Involve creates the solutions and technical environments that allows its customers to work more collaboratively on key projects, no matter where staff are located.
Due to recent rapid business expansion, Involve needed an ERP solution that offered capacity to support recent as well as future growth, as the business adapts and expands over the coming years. A rapid increase in company turnover also meant that it needed to update several of its existing business processes, including billing, workflow, project accounting, and warehouse management. Involve decided to look for a new software platform that would meet its unique business needs.
”We ran an extensive evaluation process and looked into several ERP solutions. Epicor was extremely responsive and willing to offer constant support during the implementation stage of the product, which marked it out as the best partner to meet our business requirements. Plus, the Epicor ERP solution is agile and flexible so it can adapt and grow alongside us to enable our ambitious growth strategy,” said Stefan Cardoza, finance director at Involve.
“Implementing the system will bring unity across the business, horizontally and vertically. The Epicor ERP system also gives us an improved solution to the billing, warehouse and workflow sides of our business,” added Cardoza.
”Many companies can provide ERP solutions, but very few deliver the same value and results that Epicor ERP provides,” said Stuart Hall, sales director for Epicor Software in the UK and Ireland. ”Epicor ERP enables our customers to grow their businesses in a sustainable way, as well as giving them the chance to improve operational efficiency and build customer satisfaction.”
