IFS, the global enterprise applications company, has once again been recognised as one of the top places to work in Sweden and Germany.
At the annual gala on March 28, 2017 in Stockholm, the Great Place to Work Institute once again recognised IFS as on of Sweden’s best places to work in the large organisation category. Since 2010, IFS has made the list every year.
In addition to the Swedish award, IFS was recognised as one of Germany’s best employers in the 50–500 employees category. The recognition was announced at the Great Place to Work award ceremony in Berlin on March 16. This was followed by the industry award “Germany’s best employers in the ICT industry” in the 101–500 employee category, announced at CeBIT in Hanover on March 20, where IFS featured at top of the list for the second time running.
“We are pleased to once again be recognised as a top employer in two strategically important geographies,” IFS Head of HR Roger Arnroth said. “We pride ourselves on our customer-centric and collaborative culture, which is the basis for a motivated and productive organisation as well as an important competitive differentiator.”
IFS attributes its continued success in the audit to the company’s inclusive culture that is founded on Scandinavian values, and its ongoing commitment to a positive work environment. IFS strives for continuous improvement and the Great Place to Work survey allows the organisation to identify key improvement areas to prioritise.
Great Place to Work’s research and Best Companies recognition programs take place in 50 countries and represent over 10 million employees’ voices, forming one of the world’s largest and most respected employee survey.
