O D Projects, who specialise in providing a fully managed construction service to a range of markets in the UK including the Hotel and Leisure, Commercial, Education and Financial sectors, have experienced significant growth in recent years which has highlighted a number of functionality gaps in their existing system and created a need to look at ways of streamlining activities, reducing duplication and improving the visibility of costs against contracts.
The main requirements of any new accounts system for O D Projects were to generally reduce the use of external spreadsheets and manual duplication of data entry required by the team, for example when producing ad hoc job costing reports for the management team or verifying new subcontractors with HMRC.

Evolution M also provides fully integrated document management which will further help O D Projects to better manage the large amount of paperwork currently produced by acting as a logical filing structure where documents can be easily attached to contracts, suppliers, subcontractors, staff or nominal accounts.
